Returns & Exchanges
We believe that shopping with the Highlights Catalog should be a fun and positive experience. If for any reason you are not happy and wish to return an item, simply fill out the information on the reverse side of the invoice and send it back for an exchange or refund of the product purchase price...your choice.

To return or exchange an item:

1. Complete the information on the back of the invoice with the product to be exchanged and the new product you wish to order and enclose the form in the package.

2. Carefully pack the merchandise in the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.

3. Send the package using the return label enclosed in package to: Highlights Catalog, 3357-H Southpark Place, Grove City, OH 43123.

4. Please insure the package for the merchandise's full price and retain all of your postal and insurance receipts.

5. When returning a gift, please provide us with the name and address of the gift-giver. Gift receipts are entitled to an exchange on non-refundable merchandise.

6. If damaged in shipment, save the merchandise and the package it came in. Please contact us for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
